By commissioning from me, you agree to these terms of service.Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is not available as an add-on (Kofi) at this time but if this is something you may be interested in, please contact me directly and we can discuss.As the artist I maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, etc. You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.I hold the right to decide when my work will be delivered. It depends on personal life, health and mainly the amount of work, thus final delivery time may vary between a day to a month. Please be patient.I have the rights to decide if I'm comfortable with the request/want to complete your order. If I decide not to do it, I will return payment as whole.Once I accept and start working on the commission, refunds are no longer eligible.Commissions are first come first serve. If your order has a deadline, make it clear in the order and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.Thanks for being interested in my commissions.
